Here is a little "cheat-sheet" I made for anyone who is curious about learning to draw. I'm very much an amateur but since it's one of the common questions in general, I wanted to offer what help I can. De first is what I like to call Line Confidence or "Grid" Practice, one draws lines in a grid-formation without lifting the pen/pencil with each line. As an addition, one can alter the direction for a bit of challenge and learn how to use the full motion of one's arm. The second shows a few of basic shapes (square, circle, triangle and cross) in different sizes to practice one's range of motion from wrist to elbow to shoulder. It'll teach one that, the drawing motion 'grows' bigger with the size of what you draw while familiarizing with basic shapes. For this practice, one simply draws how they prefer, drawing in one motion isn't necessary.

It's important that one tries not to erase, rotate or chases perfection too much. It's about muscle-memory (not tracing) and growing confident.
