The tomato situation here might be getting a little out of control. Any extra space in my freezer is already filled with jars of homemade tomato sauce and there are still so many heirloom tomatoes ripening on the vines - not to mention each individual tomato is huge

these cobbs turned out better than the first two I picked so I'm doing a test batch of prepped frozen corn! I'm sure the cookie sheet flash freeze is kind of extra but I'd rather be safe than sorry (i.e. eating a future frozen corn brick)
