I've been caught off guard by how much things have changed for me this past week! I figured that things wouldn't be all so different for me. But it turns out that having your partner move across states to be less than 20 mins away from you at any one time could present such a massive change!

Okay, yeah digital art will definitely have to be benched for a while. ^^; Been setting up my new laptop and the cable to my pen display can't wrap around to reach the c-type ports. It was only then that I discovered the tears at the base of the cord and the exposed wires. lol Oof.

Tried using the flatbed scanner at work and the simple painting I did came out SO much clearer! I will be posting soon, but yeah I am definitely going to be getting a proper full color scanner to replace the 2-in-1 printer I hardly use! ^^ lol

Yes I'm angry. Among other things I'm angry that every couple of years I have to tell people that voting is important. I get telling people how to register to vote, not everybody knows this. But the number of people who comment "my vote doesn't matter" makes me want to go full dumpster fire rabid.

After the last two digital art drawings I finished, I was originally going to almost entirely drop it and primarily do traditional art going forward. I felt frustrated with how much longer art took when i drew it digitally, or how much worse it looked when traced.
