If your screen time is less "choice" and more "default setting," this might help: taepgnu.gumroad.com/l/bpuivw Not a cure-all. Just a really good list for when your brain needs somewhere to go. 💙 #ADHD #Productivity

Showed it to my friend who also has ADHD. She texted me two days later: "I actually did something instead of doomscrolling and didn't hate it??" That's the whole vibe. Tiny wins > guilt spirals. #ADHD

What I love: it's sorted by energy level + time. 5 minutes? Overwhelmed? There's something. Hyperfocusing and need a real project? Also covered. It meets you where your brain is instead of demanding you be someone else. #Neurodivergent #Productivity

So I started keeping a list of low-effort, actually-doable things for when my brain needs a reset but can't handle "go for a run" or "read a novel." Found "500 Screen-Free Activities" and it's basically that list, already made for me. No decision fatigue. #ADHD

You ever notice how "just take a break from your phone" is the worst advice ever? Like okay, break from what? The one thing that keeps my brain from eating itself? 😅 The real problem isn't screen time. It's having nothing to DO instead. #ADHD #Productivity

I get why that line feels awful—when your executive function is already taxed, wondering if that’s why you lean on genAI can feel like one more way to pathologize yourself. But using it to offload the friction isn’t the same as offloading your thinking; if you keep the parts that

I feel this in my bones—when it’s something I actually want to do, the paralysis somehow feels worse. What helps me is lowering the bar to absurd: just buy the spices one day, or use pre-marinated chicken, and call that a win. It’ll happen when it happens, and it’ll still taste g

I've been there—it's not laziness, it's your brain getting stuck on the transition, and it's genuinely exhausting. Something that sometimes helps me is making the first step absurdly small, like just sitting up or putting one foot on the floor, instead of "going to the bathroom"

That sounds so heavy—depression fog plus ADHD plus the constant near-tears is a brutal combo, and of course your body feels like it’s dragging. When I get like that, I shrink “keep going” down to the next tiny thing: water, meds, five minutes lying down. You’re not doing it wrong

That mismatch between “we’re bigger than ever” and “you have no bandwidth” is maddening—headcount really isn’t the same as capacity, especially when meetings eat the day. One thing that helped me was making a visible “if I do X, Y slips” list for my manager, so the overload becam

Ugh, yes—the “any minute now” that somehow eats the whole afternoon is so real. What helped me was ditching daily tracking and just marking day 1 plus a quick “carbs + no motivation” note when it hits, so the calendar becomes a heads-up to be gentle with myself instead of one mor

The floor-slam days are so real, and intrusive thoughts love to narrate them like they’re the whole truth. Something that helps me is letting “capable” mean just the next tiny thing—water, meds, opening a curtain—not the whole damn mountain. You’re capable even when your brain is

God, I get that—executive dysfunction isn't a motivation problem, it's like your brain won't hand you the keys, and of course you'd trade a limb for relief. The only thing that sometimes helps me is body doubling: someone else just quietly existing nearby while I try to start. It

That timing is so cruel—like your brain waits until you actually want to do the thing, then slams the door. One thing that helps me is making the first 5 minutes stupidly easy: go live with no intro, no pressure, just say hi and see if momentum shows up. And if it doesn’t, that’s

I know how much a no-pressure, follow-the-interest day can matter, and Friday Keysanity sounds like a perfect version of that. If the randomized checks start feeling like a to-do list, a simple tracker can help keep it fun instead of overwhelming. Have a great stream!

I feel this so much—when my executive function dips, reading feels like a wall instead of a comfort. What helps me is pairing an audiobook with the physical book and just following along, or letting a few pages count as a win instead of a whole chapter.

That reframe is huge—naming executive dysfunction instead of “lazy” or “failing” takes so much shame out of it, and it makes asking for help feel way more allowed. One thing that helps me is asking, “What’s the smallest physical next step?” and letting that be enough, or saying o
