Yeah, I mean, I don't understand why people choose to use 'AI' at all, but the FB stuff is particularly idiotic. Either something the post already said or that the 'AI' can't possibly answer. The truly frightening thing is people just trusting the answer as gospel and reposting it to be 'helpful'.

I've asked the author of a post a question, and had someone else in the comments express surprise that I hadn't just clicked the 'AI' prompt. Why was I expecting the author to waste their time interacting with people? He also posted screenshots of the 'AI' answer, which was unhelpful rubbish.

But clicking the prompt *does* get the 'AI' to answer, though? It's got the Meta AI logo by it and everything. If anything it stops engagement with the actual poster because people get their answers without having to write a comment, nevermind that the answer is probably useless or just wrong.

It's that massively oversimplified worldview that treats huge groups of people as collectively responsible and refuses to differentiate even between the supreme leaders of a nation and literal children, under which there are only two positions: Japan Bad (= "they deserved it") or Japan Good.

Praise be unto the algorithm! I don't play souls games at the moment, but I'm a huge fan of Mass Effect, BG3 and Sci Fi/Fantasy in general. Also music of many types, including some electronic.
