Absolutely elated to finally share this manuscript 🐸🧬 We designed the first custom SNP array for an #amphibian and used it to uncover the genetic diversity in this threatened species which is maintained in a closed captive population. Read it here ➡️ onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/...

It’s the first #frogfriday for 2025, so what better way then to share our new preprint 🐸🍄 We exposed corroboree frogs to a low dose of #chytrid to detect variation in individual responses using a genetic representation of almost the entire species… ⬇️ shorturl.at/GJQtI
