She would still be worse Fai as her +1 simply wouldnt function into heroes that can block. Phoenix Flame would still be better… Idk how this card was considered anywhere near fine, its unplayable 😭

This card makes me so mad everytime I remember it exsists. Clearly its designed to try and let Cindra play her actual game plan in SAGE, but it costing 1 makes it unplayable. If it was Draconic and just needed tappped I feel like I could actually play my fav hero in SAGE 😭 #fabtcg

In Melee Ice climbers have a degenerate infinite called wobbling that is very unfun to play against (its ban)… so I think we both just assumed “of course the fatigue player who thinks aggro is lame would be a wobbler” 😆

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

I kinda like the 0 for 4 decks 😆 they have more nuance than they get credit for. Cindra being secretly a tempo deck that lets you force your opponents to block how you want them to so you can sneak extra value is cool… Aurora just be a sequence puzzle where you pray to draw arc lightning though 😆

100

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

LMAO I thought the same but they might be reffering to temporal wobble.

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 06/09/2026

0 for 4 go again that makes a lightning flow pls

010

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 03/09/2026

Really hope Aurora gets some like actual cards in 2027. Lightning display loyalty that makes a flow would be a good start. A better weapon that she can pitch bad hands into is probs to much to ask for.

Kinda lost on what to play In CC now, tbh I just wanna play Zen but ive only got him in SAGE and LL… Katsu is bad, Cindra sucks into all the random prevention, I kinda hate PhArt of War in Fai, Ira looses to warrior cause her hero power is their boots, and Aurora is just a pile of generics 😭 #fabtcg

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

Oh of course. Why didnt I think of that 🙃

000

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

Always am 😎 just feel bad for my opponents (def not cause im scared of being the guy in second 😆)

010

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

most likely not but it will happen

010

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

The new prize structure is pretty cool! Gives me an excuse to play Zen 😆 BUT I do see one issue here… This prize structure creates a scenario where getting second could result in zero prizes earned. If they add some additional promos for top two then this is perfect. #fabtcg

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 29/08/2026

It was just CC, but me and will Zen mirrored after final round. This was turn 3 😆

010

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 29/08/2026

So this LL format is pretty cool… #fabtcg

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 28/08/2026

After playing a bunch of SAGE Zen, the deck feels pretty strong but like its missing one card. I feel like a powered down version of Chase is what the deck needs, a one cost he can tutor that curves out with Khakkara. Something like this. #fabtcg

030

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 20/08/2026

So with Dromai 2 coming next year and both Fai and Cindra being so close to LL I really hope we are also getting a new Draconic Ninja in 2027. Fai 2 maybe!? 🙏 Was wondering what that might look like and brain stormed this Fai 2 concept… I can be trusted with fire Kodachi I swear 😆 #fabtcg

Finally got my Arena promo Serum Visions. Wonder what I should get next… Maybe its time for foil Inistrad Snaps #mtg

010

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

I mostly was praying to dodge the Illusionists 😆 It may be doable but I think it is favored for them. Vyn and the other Runeblades I think should be very good match ups for the deck.

While I’ve got some more heavily edited long form content in the works I thought it would be cool to steal some content stuff from old school YugiTube, irl tournament deck techs! Got to talk with local midrange legend Will after his 1st place finish on Iyslander #fabtcg

Polarity was the goal I had going into today. Need one for my foiled out Fai list 😆

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

Most fraudulent top 4 of my life… But we got the Polarity so 🤷‍♂️ this format is so silly. #fabtcg

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

Good news! After recording a bunch of stuff and taking it into Premiere I have indeed found a video worth making! Bad news… It will require me to reshoot like 90% of what I did… I swear I will actually be uploading #fabtcg content eventually 😆 let me cook.

020

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 28/07/2026

I spent the last two weeks trying to script a video but it just wasnt coming together… so instead I ad-libbed for an hour or two infront of the camera and will be saving it in the edit 😆

010

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 27/07/2026

My first Gold Foil of hopefully many! Pulling cards from a pack is cool and all, but taking down a room full of competitors and pulling a sick gold foil after winning the event is a feeling like no other!

010

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 26/07/2026

#fabtcg ‘s extended arts are so clean. Same vibes as the old #mtg player rewards promos but my opponents can read the card 😆

Feels like a Katsu kind of Armory night #fabtcg

Casting was great as always! Shared that Jarl mirror you were on with a MTG friend I'm trying to convert to FaB. He thought the casting was fire as well.

#mtg spoiler from this week vs the #fabtcg spoiler... Speaks volumes about what game people should be playing. The king is dead, long live the king.

List looks 🔥 what was the meta lookin like on the day?

000

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 12/07/2026

Lowkey im thinking the plan is MTG/FaB hybrid content 🤔 try and convert as many people who are sad about Tarmogoyf to FaB as possible.

010

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 10/07/2026

Tried to record some FaB games the other night for YouTube (wanting to do scg vs but for FaB) and unfortunately the audio is unusable. A certain somebody decided she wanted to practice her singing voice ALL night while I was recording… pic related 😆

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

The hardest part of having a video pop off is not responding to the some of the brain dead comments people leave in bad faith… My toxic trait is argueing with randoms on the internet and I gotta stop 😆

000

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 04/07/2026

Crazy what one good card did for the feel of the deck 😆

020

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 04/07/2026

It makes me sad to see the direction MTG has gone, but I'm done being delusional that it will ever be corrected by those steering the ship. All I can do now is be happy that I got to play MTG during one of its greatest eras, and take the skills and fundamentals it taught me to greener pastures. 4/4

010

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 04/07/2026

But I feel like I was cooking in a few parts of this video and wanted to share at the very least that. My goal with this channel is to not be a doom and gloom talking head who just rants about how much he hates his hobbies, even if this video gets a bit close to doing that. 3/4

120

Mick @mick2d.bsky.social · 04/07/2026

I debated on whether or not I wanted to upload this. The tone is overly melodramatic, I feel like I talk in circles, and I didn't even get to dive into my other issues with MTG in recent years such as UB and WotC killing the only functional comp format they had Pioneer... 2/4

Will I ever clean up my timeline layout? Probably not 😆 I get to much joy looking back at the chaos when everything is finally done... New video dropping tomorrow.
