It’s why he can’t quit on her and I get it! She motivates me just as much 😍

Ty for reminding me to prioritize ftwd this year, I’ve been meaning to get to it. Lennie James is so good, his intro in the pilot was some of my favorite twd moments of all time

Basically every ep with loverboy Rick on full display 😂 I can’t argue it’s so good

Why Them? I love it too but it’s so opposite to your other picks

It’s weird for me bc I never liked Honor but I could appreciate the acting and the emotion they brought to it.. but the longer time goes on the less I can handle it 😔 mostly bc I just really wished we could see the ending where Rick retires and passes the baton to Carl as the next gen of survivors

Forgiving to a fault. I can’t judge her too hard when I look at my own track record of the bs I allowed in my life before I knew my worth. But as her stan I wanna jump in the screen and fight for her sometimes 😒

All good picks! No Way Out is in my top five, I call it their Avengers episode. hard to watch Carl get shot but the action scenes are sooo satisfying

Took me a min to decide but it’s 5.11 The Distance for me, bc we get Aarons intro, that cornfield fight, Grimes family development, and 10/10 Rick Grimes yearning, love it all

I’ll be old in a home quoting early twd lines like theyre my own memories 😂 atp it’s classic television

still my favorite show after all this time ❤️

She doesn’t have as much self worth as Id want but tbh it makes sense considering she gave up on being a human completely before she met Andrea/Rick. I really wanna deal with that in the future bc it gets brushed over so easy and I’m not a fan

Makes sense, if he wanted Richonne to happen he has to win her first or the campaign wouldn’t work

When I was in public facing roles I would create a work persona to compartmentalize the performance vs my real self. I can see something like that esp with actors

I’m in the middle or rewatching s3 and I always wished we had one more scene like this from Rick’s pov to really address how he dealt with his decision to turn Michonne over. She forgave faster than I did but I like the way she explains her thinking in this fic, and I LOVE seeing her from his pov

Exactly! Andy been doing this for fifteen years atp you can’t tell him he’s not Rick Grimes fr 😭

I think about how attached I am just as the viewer and I can’t imagine how that fucks your mind to be embodying the character

I’m good girl, things just been busy and chaotic af. I haven’t even had time to catch up on your updates but I’m coming for them this weekend! Hope you’re good too ❤️

Maybe I can’t see it bc I can’t see Rick fully giving up like that

Half of me wants them to stay gone but I also really want RJ to get a proper storyline. If they come back I really need them to focus on development for the kids

It takes a lot of strength to stay soft and open to relationships If you’ve been consistently disappointed by people you trusted and you’re still out here trying just know you’re among some of the toughest people out here

🌻 Queen of the Apocalypse 🌻 @michonnehgrimes.bsky.social · 19/03/2025

Plus the way she switched so cold to them when they died. I have a hard time believing she was 100% in love with Mike if she could keep his walker like that. She would never do that to Rick, I can’t see it

🌻 Queen of the Apocalypse 🌻 @michonnehgrimes.bsky.social · 18/03/2025

Well Atlanta is a very free love type place so I think we can def leave room for interpretation on these characters!

🌻 Queen of the Apocalypse 🌻 @michonnehgrimes.bsky.social · 18/03/2025

Im prob projecting but she gives me 80% straight 😂 I don’t get anything off Mike but I could maybe see it with Terry

120 2

🌻 Queen of the Apocalypse 🌻 @michonnehgrimes.bsky.social · 18/03/2025

That’s funny if I were choose between Michonne and Mike, to me it’s Michonne who comes off open to queer exploration

120 2

🌻 Queen of the Apocalypse 🌻 @michonnehgrimes.bsky.social · 18/03/2025

Well they were only half an hour away from each other, it could happen! When I met my husband we lived 60 miles apart but we ran circles in the same art/music scenes, just coincidence we never met that way

230 3

🌻 Queen of the Apocalypse 🌻 @michonnehgrimes.bsky.social · 18/03/2025

I tend to read it as Terry mocking the idea of Mike going along with the lover dynamic bc he knows that’s not how his friend moves typically. But your perspective is more generous so I respect it 😂 Michonne deserves all the love she can get

🌻 Queen of the Apocalypse 🌻 @michonnehgrimes.bsky.social · 18/03/2025

You’re so right she still built a good life out of it, but damn 🥲 baby girl deserves a break

Too many pedophiles getting too comfortable and too little being done about it Also I just don’t believe it’s true. But I came to that point after I already left
