For a potluck party with friends, I tried to recreate a cocktail I had 5+ years ago that captured the flavors of a caprese salad in a cocktail. Here's my attempt at a Caprese-tini! Ingredients: Gin, tomato water, tomato vermouth, mozza water, white balsamic vinegar, basil oil and tomato oil.
