Campaigns can be mentally and emotionally draining for me so my therapist recommended I have a folder on my phone of all the great things I've done or that have happened. Whenever I'm not feeling my best I read it and it helps me so much. I think I'll start recording my accomplishments annually now.

I like mandatory voting! Probably my least popular idea would be getting DACA recipients professional license to work in SC and in-state tuition. I think it would validate their training and experience while also addressing labor shortages in SC.

I love taking my kiddos to the Keith Summey Library in North Charleston. The programming for kids is incredible and I love how they collaborate with different organizations to help people in the area. We have a local grocer stop by because the area by the library is in a food desert.
