typst for catgirls, call it typspspst

i guess the perk of being oncall next week is that i can feign unavailability for both black friday and christmas because we have enough people in the rotation to last past new year??

anyway what i wanted to say imo sayolara is better if you come at it with your own experiences and thoughts and only read the threads from bloomfilters afterwards. i think. i wish i was better at closing the bsky tab

i'm just surprised that people don't see in it what i see in it when it's laid out pretty clearly???? that said i'm not a yuri expert i'm just a silly ol' tgirl reflecting on my entire life through the lens of a show

this is a paraphrase of my databases professor who said something like "it's unreasonable to develop a crappy system to get a fortune fixing it. you can just develop a decent one and then ask a bajillion dollars for extending it"

110

michcia @michci.ooo · 23/09/2026

aftermath's post about sayolara proves that you don't have to be a stinky website with clickbait titles to create socnet discourse. you can do decent journalism and still reap the benefits of people quote posting you into anti-oblivion

very funny when a movies magazine lists Orlando in the "now in cinemas" section, cause it's being brought back, and points to issue 1/1994 for full review, yes I'm sorry for not being alive then I should've been a subscriber already
