Yep, after I've had 1 I have what they call a migraine hangover for a few days.Its rubbish isn't it!I keep a record of every migraine I have on the calendar so I can work out what helps & helps the doctors2. I've kept one for a few years. Definitely ask your doctor about them, trust me its worth it!
