NJ fish and wildlife is now warning hunters to be aware of possible bird flu in the state’s wild birds. Preliminary testing has found H5N1 in 7 snow geese, 2 Canada geese and 2 hawks in North Jersey.
No human cases, or cases in farm poultry or cattle, have been reported in the state
