Tried to make high protein donuts 🍩 today. They're fugly, but taste pretty good, actually.

Doesn't look like much, but this ramen has a lot of my fav veg & flavs. Standard (brick) ramen noodles, in white-miso/chicken stock, with onions (yellow, red, & green), corn, baby broccoli, cabbage, bell pepper, ginger, toasted sesame seeds, tahini, soy sauce, sesame oil, & homemade chili crisp.
