I am finally completed and absolutely finished #MiniaturePainting my New Antioch figures for #TrenchCrusade. I think this consisting every playable character for the faction (maybe not every variant). But i should be able to field a wide variety of lists fir this #wargaming in this game.

Almost completed #MiniaturePainting my entire troop for #TrenchCrusade. These still need grass tufts and some varnish after the basing paste dries... but when that is finished, I will have the Trench Cleric left... abd then done-done.

3 more Yeomen completed for #TrenchCrusade. Also a better angle on the Combat Engineer I completed #MiniaturePainting a few days back. I still have 5 more "growth" figures to complete before I will be done painting and only on to #Wargaming with this set.

#MiniaturePainting some Milicianos Indios for #wargaming in #BloodAndPlunder. Just need to do 8 Milicianos Reformados to complete my Spanish starter army (although I'll likely do 10). I feel I'm improving on that dark reddish brown central and south American skin tone.

Being chaotic with #MiniaturePainting projects has been very therapeutic and fun. 3 Heavy Mechanized Infantry for #TrenchCrusade (not that i ever expect to field that many, but options...) And a sailing master for #BloodAndPlunder. A good week for #wargaming projects.

Continueing with the #TrenchCrusade streak of #MiniaturePainting, ive been experimenting with nail art stamps. Since im going for a "Commonwealth" themed (specifically Canadian) troop, i wanted to add poppies as emblems on these. Still learning the ropes, but like the effect. #Wargaming.

My first 4 figures for #Wargaming in #TrenchCrusade are complete. A lieutenant and 3 troopers of New Antioch painted very much in WW1 Commonwealth driven colours. Pretty much followed Sonic Sledgehammer's guide video minus a few personal stylistic choices.

A squad of Maroons for #PortRoyalMiniaturesGame . Only 6 will be in the starter squad with the rest being recruits for the campaign. The skin is layered painting, clothes and weapons are speedpainting/slapchop, for miniature #wargaming the late 17th century.

Been a while. #Wargaming terrain for #PortRoyalMiniaturesGame Some quick and easy slap-shod walkways/board-bridges. Meant to look rough, just various coffee stirsticks and craftwood glued to bamboo skewers, when thoroughly dried, a light blast of AP speedpaint through the airbrush.

Fairly pleased with this long boat for #BloodAndPlunder. Model is cast resin by Firelock Games. Painted with mostly cheap craft store paints (Apple Barrel, Americana etc.). Used a custom wash I mixed from acrylic inks to get that grayish-brown-green "uck" colour.

Been feeling like doing a streak of #MiniatureTerrain lately, so started/resumed a few pieces for #wargaming. This is the first completed. A 3d print of a free model found on thing-i-verse. A ruined spaceship, for use in Stargrave, and perhaps 5 Parsecs From Home. Turret is magnetized.

This #Wargaming model has sat primed for at least 3-4 years, perhaps longer. I wish I recalled how long, as I can't recall the white primer I used. But if I could recall, I would swear off buying using that primer ever again. Much of the base coat of this #MiniaturePainting job slughed on painting.

Another #MiniaturePainting speed-paint job. This "cat-folk" mage metal figure is by Reaper (?), and will likely see some use for #D&D . Little bit of an homage to a pet I had 30ish years ago, remarkably named "Wizard". Almost cleared the recent "backlog" of figures cluttering the painting desk.

Tried to make the randomly selected colour cards work, but not sure i succeeded at #MiniaturePainting this as "evil" as it should be

Been a hawt minute since I did any #MiniaturePainting , due to the long streak of working on #Wargaming terrain. This sci-fi pirate (for use with Stargrave and like games) and this Napoleonic painted in as close to Gordon's 92nd Highlanders as I could manage (for Silver Bayonet). Not my best work.

All the jungle #wargaming terrain is now complete! There are 11-12 bases of flat(ish) jungle, and 4 bases that slope up to cliff faces. It's been a long slog to get to this point, but now I get to live with the joy of having an incredibly dense jungle available to me.

Taking a break from jungle, to work on a "pre-painted" mdf kit from microartstudio. This #wargaming piece of terrain is intended for Infinity, but I'll be using it for "Stargrave" and maybe "Five Parsecs From Home". Nice touch of modularity to this kit, two thumbs up for quality and ease of build.

Loot/objective tokens/markers 2.0. I did "poker chip" edging on the bases to clearly indicate these as objectives and not just small terrain set-dressing pieces. While I really still like the 40mm ones I completed over last winter, I think these 28mm based ones will work much better.

Bought this MDF old barn kit at Adepticon from Micro Art Studio (based in Poland). I've picked up a sci-fi kit from them previously, and I have to say, while I was skeptical of mdf terrain previously, it is growing on me, especially the "prepainted" kits. #Wargaming

Another 6 #pirates done for #BloodAndPlunder. This time, rather than using random colour swatch cards, I went to history, and these figures are painted wearing clothes/colours (mostly) from the 1706 Admiralty Slop Contracts. (Idea was stolen from a friend). #MiniaturePainting
