It’s been a year since ICE drove a car through a crowd at Broadview, leading to the federal indictment of myself and five others. Today, those of us who could returned. The state can try all it wants, but it can’t silence us or our community’s fight for justice.

A federal judge is weighing whether to appoint a special counsel to investigate wrongdoing by federal prosecutors in the Broadview Six case. Rabbitt said he hopes a special prosecutor will be able to "trace [the Broadview Six case] completely back to where we know it started" with the Trump admin.
