When my brother pointed out that the Millennium Falcon was famously painted with the same floquil paints that model railroaders swear by, my dumb brain would not leave me alone until I did this. There you go brain, happy? I didn’t think so.

Thankful for all the developers out there that make After Effects easier to use. Dove deep into animating on a recent project and these were indispensable: • Ease Copy • Trim To Layer • Keystone 2 • Overlord 2 • Repeater • Align Pro • Penpal 2 • Lazy 2 • Prism • Flow What are you thankful for?

I’m not seeing any movement on the iPhone app.

Wrapped up the Cinema 4D scripts I’ve been working on. Once they’re tested, I’ll look into ways to get these to our members. In the meantime, let me know if you want to know more about any of these 👇

I signed up ages ago and then never went any deeper. How has it developed? Worth the extra posting efforts?

Ratios be damned! We’re done with the social grind, let’s build an artist first community where everyone lifts each other up!

Thanks man! Yeah I was considering animating it to really show off the lenses, but the dispersion was killing my render times. I wonder if there’s a way to fake it in Redshift or Octane? 🤔

Thank you so much! Yeah, Bluesky was giving me hell last night and I double posted by mistake.

I struggle so much with color, every time I see someone working in it so expertly my mind is blown! 🤯

Still one of my favorite things I've ever made in After Effects.

💯 Exactly! Bluesky is getting new peeps every day, and some major heavy hitters. It's easy to see posts from them once you're following, but they're hard to find in these early days. I'll be sure to keep up the search!

I’m really hoping after they fix their server issues with the sudden influx of new users, video compression is the next priority. I would love to see this app become the next major social art platform. IG just ain’t doing it for me anymore.
