Here I go. My first attempt ever at pressure canning low acid foods. This is a Hungarian Goulash stew slow cooked for ten hours. Made just enough to put into four Quart Jars. Pressure canning at 15 lbs for 100 min (5300 ft. altitude). Wish me luck! Fyi: the sauce is amazing! #Homemade #Canning
