Got word that “Complications,” my latest series pilot (an urban dramedy on love, loss, family and a past not quite past enough), reached the Quarter-Finalist milestone in the 2026 Emerging Screenwriters Screenplay Competition. Semi-Finalists will be announced on Jan. 29. All appendages crossed.

This is from one of my pilots, fwiw. All the ones I've seen elsewhere omit the V.O. It seems to be implicit in use of PRE-LAP that the V.O. is automatic.
