Roasted chicken leg and thigh on grapeseed-saffron basmati rice with grilled cut corn, dill slaw, steamed green beans in soy-sour cream sauce, japanese quick-pickles, and cherry tomatoes. Grew the beans, cukes, and tomatoes.
