Maddow - double trash SSA day We have ALWAYS since Covid sent letters to actually scheduled a phone call. These phone calls are handled by EXPERIENCED CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVES vs a telecenter employee who has minimal experience. SS is very COMPLEX and elimination staff is the cause of this.
