Disappointing start to my first day working out with a trainer. I’ve had a lot of injuries, too many to list and now trying to get into a shape. Decided to work with a trainer so I don’t get hurt. Took time off work and they didn’t show up. :(

NEW: WIRED got IP blocked by the Social Security Administration, among other outlets covering Musk's takeover. Federal workers are now "prohibited" from accessing our reporting on "government-furnished equipment." WaPo, NYT, and MSNBC are likewise banned, sources confirm.

@costplusdrugs.com switching 2 of my specialty transplant medications to you guys. Insurance coverage forced me to switch pharmacies or face a 3300 percent increase! You guys have it cheaper than my insurance price!

Dearest friends, I fear I shall not last much longer. The Oregon Trail (corporate life) has bested me. Send snacks.

@darryldaugherty.bsky.social are you the one that lives in Thailand? Because I saw a photo of someone at a soccer game eating a cup of bugs and I’m going to need an explanation. 💀

So ready for #AdventOfCyber this year. Last year I wanted to play, but had a lot of tech issues and not the right setup for my work flow. But THIS almost guarantees I will get all the flags! Let's go #tryhackme I'm ready!
