If you want to understand who is responsible for the debt, check this out: The top 20% get 50% of ALL federal incentives. Of that, the top 1% receives half of that, or 25% of all total federal incentives go to 1% of the population. This is why we need to raise taxes on the rich.

Honestly, the UN General Assembly should just declare the Security Council null and void and say it's antidemocratic. Who will stop them? The US and Russia Russia would just withdraw from the UN. The UN would be better off. What a disturbingly terrible rule on updating their Charter.
