Also presidential polls at this time mean absolutely nothing. It’s always just a “What if” for the last election and the winner is usually the last nominee or the person who was second. These polls are useless

Red Sparrow. I was browsing my books read this year and I think I only did like 2 fiction books this year, the other being misery.

Curious, you have a Literature PhD, at what point in your academic career did you consider working in games? Working on Civ with that seems like a really cool but niche opportunity

The algorithm is still figuring me out so I see posts from some people I’d never normally see. How are we so similar and so extremely different?

The most infuriating one, which was a movie, was Civil War. I listened to Alex Garland in an interview and just refused to say anything that was riding the fence. He refused to engage with politics at all which is weird for a guy making a movie about a modern day American civil war.

Blue sky thinks my only interest is books as that’s all I see people talking about. That or everyone on here is only into books.

I refuse to do puzzles where you have to turn mirrors to reflect light to the next mirror. I hate them and will always use a guide

I prefer non fiction most of the time since the world is already built and it’s quicker to get to the story

Watch The Prestige before reading it. It’s a better movie than book and a rare example of that

I think this is an adequate void for me to tell my opinions on books, movies, and games into. Please no one look

Because it makes absolutely no sense to bring back a coach on the hot seat for your rookie QB. I know we all know that but it can’t be emphasized enough how stupid that is. Coaching instability ruins young QBs more reliably than anything else
