I was wondering if your hardware analysis expertise couldn't also help with the other big "playstation security" mystery? Which is how the hell ps3 drives can derive the disc decryption keys. @oct0xor.bsky.social showed something's done with the sector 0 header, but an external IC handles the magic

Good god.. This made me remember how simpler times were before gamergate. It used to be that chuds labeled a communist conspiracy everything they didn't like economically, now it's PC or the W-word for everything else p.s. ofc Spartacus15392 hates to see "any side of politics", only to then share Q

Most literally communist (not vaguely socialist-leaning) parties are usually full of old nostalgic fucks, and it's already a miracle if they aren't skewing tankie/stupidpol. Conversely I just remembered 2 very big examples: * Merkel welcoming syrian refugees * whatever Sanchez has been doing lately

We haven't been a land of immigration for centuries before recently, which means that we are more ethnically homogeneous, which means that we're far behind in "varietate" for its good to be self-evident. There are def parties open to it, but even just "plz no racism" is sold as treason on some TVs.

No one is entitled to sex, but that's exactly the core quality of being an incel? Not whether they fuck/date or not (see Tate and all the other bros).

I really can't understand the video. Interpretation is literally inherent in everything. "People wanting to read too much into it" is a different matter (and in the case of culture war BS, wtf are we taking the chuds at face value?) Also can we please stop to elevate Freud? And Parsons is not Anno.

You should watch the national geographic documentary "The Stanford Prison Experiment: Unlocking the Truth". Then understand that even a drunk hamster could do a better job than the original.

It's not the first time somebody tries to re-make the experiment, and without a megalomaniac liar conducting it they found nothing particularly interesting.

It was famously piloted, fabricated and fake. Reality TV is unironically more ethical and honest than Zimbardo.

I wouldn't touch her CNC views with a 10 feet pole, but that seems just her super weird way to point out murican laws around consent are based on puritanism (see also the drinking age) rather than any kind of psychological insight about understanding and power like happen in most european countries.

Ofc it depends on who holds the bonds… But even assuming the debt was all domestically owned, it still is inefficient if you don't assume *the state itself* is a liability? And I'd also just like to advance the idea, that it's not usually the bottom quartile that benefits from financial investments.

Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 25/09/2026
Couldn't you just say that the problem isn't the debt in and off itself, but the interests paid over that debt? And maybe a premium of just 5% doesn't seem huge, but putting aside that today that means a waste of $1T, in 1992 that was 25% of all federal revenue. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nationa...

Yeah, there's a whole pamphlet about how stalin was pushing them to sabotage more the socdems (which were their direct competitors) rather than the actual literal fascists, sometimes even to the *convenience* of nazis. I'm not 100% sure on what you are referring to though, care to expand?

Police say some protesters "became hostile towards officers", while those on board the vessel were "determined to take all risks" to reach the UK, according to the French coastguard.

It literally was the only reason the Freikorps were even tolerated, and they killed SPD members too? And I'm sure it must be for their indiscriminate support of mass violence, that they were remembered and slandered for decades with the stab-in-the-back myth.
000
Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 23/09/2026
You mean the same KPD that had been fucking around for nearly a decade with nazis, and that caused Hindenburg to be re-elected in 1925?

Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 21/09/2026
I don't care what the government "means", that's not what the legally binding documents say? And insofar as the UK is not russia or ex-hungary the judges are independent and only have to answer to the dictionary. Also Mermaids don't seem this doom and gloom, even though ofc no PB is a quite big hit.

S28 was *very* plain about its target, and the chilling vagueness was about wtf "promote" and "accept" mean. Here the only clear cut hard lines seem "avoid suggestions that social transition is simple" and "teach facts and the law" (when that's shitty). But even just mentioning transitioning is big.

Can you even claim that was really about AI, rather than just this administration being selecting and full of the worst fucking incompetent morons? Because I think it was even anthropic to argue (after the Minab school attack?) that you'd have to be an utter idiot to use AI for something like that.
050
Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 20/09/2026
That may even be the intent but if the wording is that fuzzy then I don't see what one could claim is legally mandatory or not. The only clear thing seems "don't suggest in elementary school" which for as much as bad still seems leaps and bounds better than countries without any RSE guidance at all.

"There is significant debate and … should be careful not to endorse any particular view or teach it as fact" also reminded me a lot of creationism verbiage. But what follows sounds innocent enough? "No necessary gender identity" sounds a nod to agender, and "gender questioning" would include NB too.

Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 19/09/2026
AFAIK they aren't really? Hinder is still bitching that the party is too W-word, and that true socialism doesn't care of gays or something (he also complains Burnham is too soft on immigration, and bad for rejoin). And after all they would just be called "labour" if that was the predominant faction?
100
Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
Granted, but the subject here wasn't any of those morons, but the parties at large. And how not only there's none with good ideas, but also that the status quo is so bad right now that even if reform won the whole house they wouldn't change much of anything because the situation's already the worst.

Ngl I'm struggling to find those (aside of Cass/FWS-Equality Act consequences). The only odd ball seemed to "not teach as fact that all people have a gender identity". mermaidsuk.org.uk/news/schools... assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/6a9081... assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/6970e7...

I'm pretty sure they did the later in both occasions. But I was asking the previous question because for real, even if I wanted to do it myself I'm not really sure how I could word it? Like, it's the country's flag (and I guess it was chosen for that very specific reason) not a swastika or whatever.

Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
My position is that there are huge differences, even with this labour, even with tories somehow (ok well, Sunak's at least)? Let alone greens. And idk what "using the far right" would even mean, accommodating them because you think the median voter theorem also applies to nazi is not "appreciation".

Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
Ok, with something as fucked as "Blue Labour" (which sounds to me a lot like the hypocrisy of many stupidpol tankies or Platner bros) I'm starting to see how distinctions may be nominal at best. And it's a disgrace they haven't been kicked out. But still, it seems obvious they aren't representative?

Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
From what I read it's actually even a small step forward? 🤔 And considering even that there is *any* education at all, it seems still better than some other european countries with none.

Is there even such a thing as authority to outright ban nationally the flags display? Because city councils can do it from the pov of whatever bullshit respect of decor they want I guess, but I don't even see how you could outlaw the literal country flag here.
100
Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
If we are talking about flags, and somebody took down the flags, then someone did something? Then if you want to argue those were just isolated cases and bigots still do it easily to this day I can acknowledge it, but AFAICT it's not just that nobody dgaf. And even in Portsmouth there were arrests.

TIL that News Corp. and Axel Springer are liberal institutions.
000
Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
Ok then I can follow the reasoning, but it's still a bit puzzling. Because if the theory is that labour just changed with governement, then I don't see how reform couldn't still easily be worse (than even tories). If the theory is that labour changed and that's it now, then there'd be no opposition?
100
Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
If nobody ever did anything, then yes sure 100% the second thing is deducible. But plenty of city councils and whatnots ordered them taken down? And I haven't checked their political affiliation, but I understand sometimes even the fucking tories were on board somehow.
200
Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
It's not, but somehow our bar here was that labour had espoused flag intimidation as "how great it was". In the greater context of them doing so shit nothing against nazis, these might as well be governing and you wouldn't notice the difference. In turn back to my point that others aren't the same.

Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
Not at all? FPTP is the scourge of humanity that fucks up any sort of democracy. And you could write books about how dumb is to treat trolls and fascists as if they ever had genuine concerns. But brining up "Union Jack tablecloths" seems a haphazard retort, when many places did in fact remove flags.
100
Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
Ehrm… my brother in christ, prohibiting HRT would be just step 1 out of 100 for reform (which I'm sure would even ban anti-bullying efforts in schools, just to say the most ridiculous thing that would harm everybody). And for as much dumb the "is bread food" study may be, ofc it cannot lead to that.
100
Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
Most people here were talking about trans rights, but even if we move the attention on immigration… *still* even that seems a joke compared to what reform would do. And as I was saying, this is just the conservative expectation, assuming they don't go full baloney where harm is prioritized to gains.

Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
Out of like a dozen people, I literally just had *one* explain to me one not-here-but-possible avenue for the status quo to be not much different from what ref could do. All the others kept yapping about stuff I never asked, never argued (if not even 999 times denied) often contradicting each other.

Yes, and she answered as somebody completely clueless to dog whistles. On September 2nd (had there been anything big associated with it yet? if so, I yield and admit my ignorance). Conversely from the the end of the month onwards, from what I could google they were always "attaching" condemnations.

I'm not shilling for Burnham, and considering how much crap Starmer did those few steps back seems awfully little (as you linked). My question is: how in the almighty fuck aren't nazis so worse even of that abysmal bar, to make even that trainwreck look like the democratic socialists of california?
100
Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
Asking about how serious one takes reform, and not shilling for labour? I don't know how many other times I have to underline that. And it's not even clear if the advice is then just to sit with one's hands still.
000
Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
As another gal already pointed me out *if* they were to blanket ban HRT then I could understand why (unlike any other scenario) even "forced inaction" and thus suicide isn't very far from other people coming for you. But we aren't there and they aren't opposing clinical trials for youth. Unlike ref.
100
Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
Because I am doing the opposite of that? I already said that I can understand not voting labour, and that even with the new pm I can see why nothing moved particularly much to restore any trust. BUT I'm just stupefied to the claim that reform couldn't (or wouldn't?) do anything much more abominable.
110
Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
No I don't, see also her positions. But the idea that they are doing nothing for the blackshirts seem preposterous? And going even further back to my actual starting point, I can't fathom saying that *nobody else* is doing anything either (or worse that a reform gov would keep stuff just the same).
100
Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
I recognize the concern trolling stems from there, and that in this case even newspapers usually decent are guilty (although as with Arday the most damage comes from Murdoch shitrags & friends). But I can't understand what sick game we are playing if one title matters and another doesn't "because".
000
Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
Ok, if this was to pass I can see why it would be remotely close to pogroms trying to lynch you, given you'd probably already try to do the work by yourself. Though I'm still somewhat skeptical the political will is currently there considering the parties around the Cass clinical trial litigation.

Michele Bissacco 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 @micbi.bsky.social · 18/09/2026
.... I'm constantly on the edge of the 300 characters limit, and that stupid trick helped save me one. The point wasn't pointing out that reform is lead by the same dipshit.
