Pretty cool! I generated a few from my feed. With dark background color, an uploaded image has low visibility. If these are to be used for social sharing, I'd like to have the option to include the podcast logo on the image in addition to text and people.

New toy, a 15x loupe that really takes a close look at a few leaf blades if placed on a green. It's looking at a 6 mm x 6 mm square, or about 0.25 inches x 0.25 inches. This is 'Wana' zoysia on a chipping green in Thailand with a bit of sand in the canopy.

The thumbnail didn't show up, so I'll get right to the point by sharing this chart from that post. You can find the #ClipVol range at which you get the desired green speed. #TurfHacks

A scatterplot of clipping volume from putting greens on the x-axis and stimpmeter measurement of green speed on the y-axis, with calculated median values of clipping volume for specific ranges of stimpmeter measurement.

The multidimensional scaling approach shown here is a way to show the similarity in high and low monthly temperatures between locations. Chaska and Minneapolis are similar, for example. La Quinta and Reykjavik are not similar. www.paceturf.org/gallery/deta...

This plot shows the similarity between locations based on an analysis of monthly average high and low air temperatures. The Euclidean distance was calculated between each pair of locations. Then multidimensional scaling was used to plot each location. Points that are close together have similar monthly high and low air temperatures. Points that are father apart on this chart have less similar high and low temperatures.
