Sometimes I commit to doing some work over the weekend and only start on Sunday after midnight and work the whole night on it 🙈

Meme with a note "Thinking critically about AI is neither a privilege nor an impediment; it’s an existential necessity." outside an AI Lounge and an adult saying "If those kids could read they'd be very upset"

Please use the term "Prompt Tinkering" instead of "Prompt Engineering". Thank you!

I am very happy with the print quality from Amazon. Much better in real life

Not totally surprised Amazon doesn't categorize my picture book as a computer science book, but you can't blame me for trying.

My main private AI use case is tracking calories and feeling guilty about it.

Seems like US politics is the main topic in my feed. Who should I follow to get technical content?

Small online communities are like prisons. When you join, you must choose the biggest bully and demonstrate that you won't back down. Afterwards, people will respect you.

Nowadays, saying "we just added ..." is the marketing version of "we vibecoded ..."

You know how the "how do we get new talent into networking" conversation keeps coming back around? I've been chewing on that, and at some point I asked myself: how would I even explain what I do to a four-year-old? One thing led to another… and I ended up writing a children's book. 📖
The book cover "Too Many Dams!" shows a chaotic dam with the forest animals standing around. In the background, a machine is covered and will probably be revealed soon.

New here. I make networks less chaotic for a living. What's the messiest thing in your infrastructure right now? No judgment. (Some judgment.) 😅
Very chaotic server room
