Just found out the feedback I started getting through my speakers is not EM interference it is the junky audio connector on my LG monitor. I plugged audio into my dock and it went away. I am looking to upgrade my monitor next year but I probably won't by #LG again.

We just saw an ad for hamburger helper during a ballgame. That is a sure sign the economy is bad.

The spicy variety is even better if you can find it.

That’s a good one. It probably brightens her day every time she gets to deliver that line.

As a fan of #murderbot I am looking forward to the series on AppleTV+.

The #Cardinals losing every game that goes into extra innings so far this season is ☹️.

We watched the season finale of #Severance and it was pretty good. I don’t know if any series will ever top the season 1 finale. So this episode had a lot to live up to.

No I left that alone because I do hope over the longer time period it will get better. I may just be a cockeyed optimist though.

I sold a lot of my holdings in January. I do not expect the market to be higher than it was last year anytime soon.

Two market meltdowns. One common denominator.

I actually think the dems should attend the SOTU, wait till the 2nd sentence, and then walk out en masse, that'll do it, there'll be no address, he'll just have a meltdown on national Tv

We noticed this weeks episode of Severance was available. It is such a great show and every episode is totally entertaining. #severance

The pipeline operator not moving forward for so long is a real shame.

Yes, it's disgusting. Every time I see one of those ads I hear Tony Soprano saying "degenerate gambler" in my head. It's creating a whole generation of young men primed to destroy their lives.

That’s really nice. The curl import functionality makes copying a network request from the console to test pretty easy.

Felt pretty good yesterday, then got no sleep last night. The weathermen on two local stations said there wouldn't be significant snowfall today and now it's going to be a couple of inches. I want to call a snow day and go back to bed.

It’s just extra frustrating being a Bears fan this season. They are the keystone cops of the NFL.

You have already built the thing so move forward with it. In the future you might want to consider alternatives but the open source WP isn't going away anytime soon so if that's what you are productive with go ahead and use it.

I hope so. Buttons have real advantages in many situations. Cars should should not use touchscreens for climate controls or other options that require screen navigation.

Today we saw the first slight snow accumulation of the season and I want to spend time on a warm beach already. Usually I enjoy winter up to Jan 1 and then I want it to be over. This is going to be a long winter.

It seems I am going to be shifting to doing some #rails api work at the day job now. It's been a long time since I programmed #ruby professionally so the first thing I need to relearn is testing api responses with #rspec. Doing new things is one of the most rewarding parts of being a developer.
