@ticketmaster.com I was disappointed to learn that my refund request was denied. A blanket 'no-refund' policy, without consideration for individual circumstances like mine, seems unjust. My request was made with plenty of notice for a valid reason, and I believe a more humane approach

@ticketmaster.com morning, I reached out to you guys as I'm from Ireland and didn't know there were 2 Greek Theaters, and I booked in the one that's over a 5-hour drive from where I'll be, I reached out within minutes of booking. Your policy is no refunds. But Jesus couldn't you make exceptions?
