Tim doesn't celebrate Halloween much. He never got to experience it when he was a kid due to being stuck in a hospital most of his life. He does, however, enjoy scary movies. One of his favorite Halloween monsters is the Wolfman, which is what he's going as. Tim can sorta relate to the icon...
