Winter #BakuDeku my beloved ❤️ Drawn after another artwork of mine, because that blushy, tender face just screamed "Izuku" to a friend, who TOLD me to redraw the pose as #bkdk (or else lol)

Surreptitiously add a bby Kacchan in the novel you're writing: ✅ Give him a bby Izuku to have a brief back-and-forth with: ✅ ...I'm hopeless.

As promised @002_Khd. And as predicted, it's ALL #KACCHAN lol I had a hard time picking which version to put in current, design and all time. I'm so sorry I left out Winter Kacchan. 💔(and Mermtsuki is, like, gnawing ferociously on my fingers because he was excluded.)

A template named "Draw a Character you like" with 6 frames, but there's Bakugo Katsuki in each of them, and each Katsuki is seen from the front, but only half his face, neck and part of his shoulder is shown.
"Current Favourite" has him as a pro hero, with the scar on his face and apparently no clothes.
"Comfort Character" is a chibi, or plus version of him.
"By Design" has Steampunk Bakugo with his cheek covered in sooth, and grinning happily.
"By plot" **SPOILER** shows Katsuki in his final moments from chapter 403, covered in blood and whispering Izuku's name **END SPOILER**
"Guilty favourite" shows the version of Katsuki from the back cover of Volume 40, which the fanartist personally calls "Desert Rose". Like on the back cover, he's still while the wind blows fabric around him.
"All time favourite" shows Fantasy Bakugo licking blood from his sword.

Do we, as a fandom, have an official name for this Katsuki, like we have Winter Katsuki and Fantasy Katsuki? Because this has been ✨✨Desert Rose Katsuki✨✨ in my head since day 1 and I've no idea if anyone has other names for this design

My Izuku pin came off my bag and officially entered its vigilante arc, vanishing who knows where. My Kacchan pin has already come off twice, making me bleed both times, trying to go retrieve him. I'd better buy a new one fast (;; • ▽ •)ゞ

Did you know that Merms hold hands while they sleep so they don't drift apart? Well, they don't. Unless they're Mermku and Mermtsuki! 🥰 Thanks to everyone who followed me along this journey! This AU is now on Pixiv in chronological order! #bkdk #dkbk #Mermku #Mermtsuki www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/...

Chibi Mermku and Chibi Mermtsuki fast asleep, holding hands so they don't drift apart on the currents. Their caudal fins are also entwined, and the bubbles surrounding them form the shape of a heart ♥

Throwing this out there, but my Marvel obsession is rearing back its head, and this morning I was clobbered (CLOBBERED I tell you) with the NEED to paint Dynamight inspired to Phoenix, so: amongst flames, with the burning bird silhouetted behind him and exploding-novas OFA eyes.

Hands too busy gripping the rocks so he doesn't tumble down the cliff, Mermtsuki had to make do with using his mouth instead to teach Deku a lesson lol (How DARE Memrku think he needed saving/was leaving?) #bkdk #dkbk #Mermtsuki #Mermku part 8b

Chibi Mermku is sitting on the jagged searocks above the Ocean. Chibi Mermtsuki has climbed up to him and is chewing on Mermku's cheek, in retaliation for something. Mermku is cutely stressed and flushed and whining, whereas Mermtsuki is angry like a demon. We can see the sea, the sky and huge fluffy clouds in the distance behind them, coloured in soft pastels.

Mayday! Mayday! I spotted a Kacchan lookalike in the wild! (The wild being "Hell's Paradise", which I just started watching). New Multiverse AU unlocked??? 😲

I've got 2 possible explanation for this one.👀 Either some villain managed to snatch Mermtsuki; or he kept visiting the surface and Mermku (having eavesdropped something) convinced himself that he was about to leave for good with his new human friend #bkdk #dkbk #Mermku part 8a

A sketched manga page, split vertically into two frames. In the first panel, Mermku is peering over some jagged sea rocks, flushed, distraught and with tears overflowing his wide, desperate eyes. He's probably dragged himself up there to catch a glimpse of the ocean below. He's crying: "Kacchan! KACCHAN! ...Please give me my Kacchan back to me!".
In the second panel, we see Mermtsuki as Mermku might be seeing him: looking up at him from the water, half hidden by jagged rocks. He looks shocked by Mermku's distress, and completely flushed. We can see his chest and he's missing one of his necklaces - the one he gave Human Deku in the previous post. He's murmuring a soft "...Izuku..." in clear shock.

💥: ...what. is. THAT. 🥦: Mh? Oh! It's a gift a...friend...gave me as a thank you after I helped him the other day 🥰🥰🥰🥰 💥: *eyebrow twitch* ...and do all your FRIENDS give you ENGAGEMENT RINGS as a thank you?!😠💢🗯️ #bkdk #dkbk #Mermku part 7 (1/2)

We're shown Deku's hand, with all its scars, and something glinting on his ring finger... something that looks suspiciously like an engagement ring.

Expectations: breaking majestically through the waves, a sleek perfect glide, light catching his scales in a glorious flash of fiery orange. Reality: the waves were really violent that day (almost as though there were explosions?!) and he got tossed on the beach. #bkdk #Mermtsuki

So, I totally forgot that Mermtsuki wasn't supposed to have the blue necklace anymore at this point 🙊🫠

M G Nemesi @mgnemesi.bsky.social · 29/05/2025

💥: So. You...MIGHT.. have been right about.. SOME...humans... being... not that horrible. 🥦: *interrupting him* Oh, that's so nic- 💥: Actually, I met someone. 🥦: ‼️ 💥: And I promised I'll go meet him again. 🥦: ‼️‼️‼️Oh, you did. *through gritted teeth* 😠💢🗯️ #bkdk #dkbk #Mermku #Mermtsuki

Chibi Mermtsuki is telling Chibi Mermku how his foray to the surface went. He's blushing visibly and thinking about Human Deku, as we can guess by the big image of him floating behind his head. The image in question is actually a crop up of a nice official art of Deku smiling and reaching out his hand. Mermtsuki is in a defensive pose: his arms are crossed and he's looking away, so disgruntled that it's adorable. There are bubbles around him, since they're underwater, but if you look closely some of them have the shape of little hearts, to further emphasise how besotted he is. On the other hand, Chibi Mermku is literally green with jealousy. There's a green aura around him, and green sparks dance around him, almost as if he's been able to summon OFA. Only one eye is visible, and it's huge and aglow with emotion. He looks ready to throw down the gauntlet and challenge the human who DARED pique the interest and affections of HIS Mermtsuki.

I think tomorrow I'll post the rough sketch that was supposed to be the last part of the Lil' #Mermku series, but then there's a few more doodles, one (...two??) of which I REALLY want to colour. This lil' #bkdk series was so fun! And I finally participated in MerMay for once!

M G Nemesi @mgnemesi.bsky.social · 27/05/2025

#bkdk #dkbk #Mermay The Lil' #Mermku - post #3 So... Lil'Mermtsuki *DID* go to the surface. No, he did *NOT* get to meet Dynamight. BUT, SOMEONE ELSE found him.

Chibi Mermaid Katsuki is laying curled inside Deku's mask (he's very, very small), glaring and blushing up at someone outside of the camera view. He's got an orange and black shiny tail, with green-black scales on his forearms (as a call back to his gauntlets). It's hard to see but he's got a red earring his his right earlobe. It's impossible to see his left ear so we don't know if he's wearing two.

M G Nemesi @mgnemesi.bsky.social · 26/05/2025

*Narrator voice* But when Lil' Mermtsuki went to the surface, the whole thing did NOT go the way he thought it would go. (((Considering he wanted a deadly showdown with his human counterpart, we can only be glad of this news #bkdk)))

020

M G Nemesi @mgnemesi.bsky.social · 25/05/2025

💥: WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU MET A HUMAN? YOU LET A HUMAN TOUCH YOU?? A HUMAN?!?!?!?!?!?! 🥦: You don't understand, he was SO AMAZING!!!! ♥♥ NINGEN SUGOI!!! ♥♥♥ Kyaaahhh~♥♥♥♥♥♥ 💥: ... 🥦: 💖💗💓🩷❤️❤️‍🔥💕💞 💥: ...that's it. I'm going to the surface. 🥦: ? 💥: To murder this human.

Chibi Mermaid Deku all blushing and excited, thinking about human Katsuki and gushing over him. We can see his thoughts, and it's actually a crop up of a really handsome official art by Horikoshi-Sensei. In the background, chibi Mermaid Kacchan is exploding with jealousy.

M G Nemesi @mgnemesi.bsky.social · 23/05/2025

Oh, no! Lil' #Mermku has been found by a human!!!! A huge... loud... explosive... gentle... warm... careful... with a low, crooning voice... so, so handsome... human. ...Uh-oh. There goes Mermku's heart. Captured hook, line and sinker.👀 #Mermay

Feeling inspired today, I thought I'd do a screenshot redraw (of the ✨river✨ scene)using only biro pens like I used to do years ago. Two out of two fanarts, and in both of them my Deku's going “Kacchaaaaan (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*.✧✯✿♡♥❤️♥♡✿✯✧*｡*ﾟ ” I'm sensing a pattern here. 😆 #bkdk #bakudeku #dkbk #dekubaku

Kindergarten Deku and Bakugo, both wearing their adorable light blue smocks. Deku is running with his arms open, smiling in delight and blushing, eyes closed and mouth open in a wide, happy smile. There are little flowers around his head representing how delighted he is, and he's saying "Kaccaaaaan" in Japanese, with a little heart put at the end of his friend's name. He's moving towards a flustered, blushing Kacchan, who's probably saying something scathing, but just as obviously waiting for Deku to reach him. He's holding out his little chubby hand for Deku to grab. The colours are light and soft, the medium is digital watercolour.

Hi there! 🫶🏻 New here and bringing art 🎨 This is the 2nd piece of 3 that I've been asked to draw of Deku and Kacchan. First one I've posted, though, because it seemed like the ✨perfect✨ celebratory birthday card for our Kacchan (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧ #pixiv #bkdk #bakudeku www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/...

An image of Deku and Kacchan from my Hero Academia. The are drawn as chibis and are wearing their fantasy costumes, so a red cape with feather collar for Kacchan, along with beads and fangs necklaces, an armbrace, several belts and sturdy boots with empires kneepads. Deku is wearing a white collared shirt under a green vest and his customary red shoes. Deku is launching himself at a Kacchan for a hug. Their cheeks are smashed together and Kacchan is blushing furiously. They're surrounded by hearts
