Good article by CBC News, but it failed to mention last fall’s Federal budget included a super deduction permitting manufacturer’s starting up to write off their capital investment in the 1st year. This is the kind of incentive suggested. Food Sovereignty=Food Security. We can do more for ourselve…🇨🇦
