For all of the tiki lovers out there, make sure you watch The Donn of Tiki documentary. It can found on Apple or Prime to rent or buy. I wasn’t expecting such a well done doc. This man’s crazy life and all that he did blew me away. So good!

Never been much of a pot smoker. If friends are doing it I might. Did it during cancer treatment for pain, sleep, appetite. Been wanting something to calm the mind and body and at times for sleep. Just got back from the cannabis shop with a bunch of various gummies.

While in Florence last year, we stopped at a place for lunch that served Italian Spritz which was champagne, soda water and your choice of bitter liqueur and I chose Italicus. Love to drink various kinds but this one is my favorite.

Nothing like taking your car in for an oil change, only to find out you need your 8 year service, then new tires, and lastly only to find that rats have chewed through some wiring that needs replaced. So shit goes back in expensive monthly storage, so I can put my car back in the garage. FML

I really wish WDW was as easy to maneuver as we do DLR. We have two days with parkhopper option before our cruise. I have to book dining here in 4 days and I have NO idea what to do. 1st day is MK (lunch), EPCOT (dinner), 2nd day is AK morning, DHS afternoon (late lunch), MK evening (dinner).

It’s not often I get to share good health news. My bypass was done in 2016. I was told the average lifespan of bypass is 10+ years. I had an Echo and a Nuclear Stress tests and the results I got said that everything functioning normally as if I had the surgery recently. No blockage all is normal.

Gus can take a toll on a car. Dog hair and slobber cover everything including the ceiling. It took me two hours but she’s spotless and smells so good. One thing our dad taught us was how to clean a car appropriately. Detailing was his side business. I get such satisfaction making something look new.

I’m not a tennis fan at all. Hell, I’m not a sports fan at all, but you need to watch Chris & Martina: The Final Set on Netflix. I wasn’t expecting it to be such a touching, beautiful documentary with a lot of heart.

Our little experiment to drive to Oregon for a few weeks with Gus so Steven can work from there and not be away from us for so long, has come to end. Not doing this again. Ever. He whines for 6 hours in the car. Then is always on edge at the condo. We tried.

I love @projectrunway.bsky.social. But this last season sucked. Little time at Mood, little time talking to designers, no time focusing on the designing and creating process. No 3 months to create 10 looks, showing at NY fashion week. All that is gone. It focused on bitchy designers and conflict.

Went to an ENT to be scoped. Scope showed everything looking great. Was amazing to have a huge screen in front of me to see everything as she scoped. The effects from radiation are slowly getting worse. So I'm going to be trying a swallowing study and rehab. Never knew a thing even existed.

There's nothing better than getting a call out of the blue from your best friend from your college/grad school days. We grew apart eventually, but always kept in touch like once a year, but followed each other on socials, text once in a while. It's amazing how you pick up right where you left off.
