My main issue with 40k is the fact that all your rulings are unreliable because it could literally just be outdated. So it's hard to get consistent gameplay. I get the game is hard to balance but it's not approachable for most people

This isn't even playable, it costs 5 mana. Why would I run this over the cheaper counterspells like Mental Mistep, Mana Drain, Force of Will, ect I have card draw with Gitaxian Probe, Brainstorm, Careful Study, ect This card is not good at all
