Here I am with my Sakura Bakushin O tshirt in the bus without any covering cuz I forgot to change with a classical one. Screw it, it's Sunday 8am. Someone was hyper focused on my t-shirt with every side glance he could give. Oh well, way too early to care. Imma sleep more.

Playing Tales of Destiny... So Leon is one of the fandom's sweethearts? What does he do to earn that? He's such an asshole to almost everyone, what the hell is his deal, he'd better have a 10/10 story to make up for his attitude.

Got an unexpected chain at the karaoke tonight : Someone requested Hurricane Polymar, I went with Casshern, and as I was going outside for a bit of air, I hear another person "Well, I gotta ask for Gatchaman then" "You what?"

Si j'étais parti avec mon idée originale on aurait eu une petite finale Iris Out vs Iris Out lel.

Holy shit, j'ai fait 3e place au concours karaoke à Made in Asia.

I like Sega and Nintendo's games, but seeing everyone flip their shit over the latest crackdown on Yakuza goodies... "Sega would never do what Nintendo does and stab their fanbase", my ass. They're both companies in the end.

Alright, gonna book one for Iron Lung, I'm curious, I wanna watch it on the big screen before it's gone. Actually, I'm even surprised the movie is being shown in here, it's a limited time thingy.

The gold-medal mental gymnastics used to defend DBZ's English dub script changes are truly something to behold. Fans from all over the world are watching you wallow in the mud. Just admit it's nostalgia and that you wouldn't tolerate it as well in an ongoing show.

Two Mangaka and a 20+ Years Long "Rivalry" youtu.be/pQtliMqOV-M?... That was way too interesting to watch lol. I knew Kumeta threw funny jabs all the time (Negima and Hayate got their fair amount in SZS), but I didn't know Akamatsu and Hata got in the fun as well.

Despite some hard hitters, I didn't end up shitfaced yesterday, weird. But good times! Started the year on singing the Clannad After Story OP (I wanted to change for something more uplifting, they said "Are you seriously skipping Clannad") Also NND Kumikyoku somehow lol

It's been a while I haven't been in a new year's party. A nerdy one, but it still counts. Usually I don't care much for new years (at least without the 20 minutes where I realize I isolate myself from everyone else), but it's nice to be doing something in a group for a change.

Singing the Yonezu songs I timed for Karaoke Mugen: Pop Song, no problem, that was pretty damn fun to sing Shunrai in another hand, it was another beast all together. I was out of breath so many times! Well, I should have trained it a bit more at home lol.

Also for the end of the day, got myself into the line for the final karaoke session! Couldn't get on finals to sing Iris out, so I just added it there. There were already longer songs, so I was like why not my 2:30 song? Hype! youtube.com/shorts/eMTup... #MiA #madeinAsia #karaoke #irisOut

Also a surprise meetup with belgian Umamusume fans at the end of the day! We were 8 people, everyone but me and my friend were cosplayed in the theme. One Rice Shower, two Golshi, one Agnes Tachyon, one Still in Love and one Loves Only You. #MiA #MadeInAsia

Actually, after the signing session, I forgot I had a karaoke session afterwards. So I walked around, played some vidya. The 4 units Gundam VS2 set was fucking awesome, I wish I could play it outside of conventions

Also I got a golden ticket on sunday! An occasion of a lifetime! I didn't expect meeting a legend like Yasuhiko Yoshikazu at Made in Asia one day.

So how was this Made in Asia Fall 2025? Saturday, I missed my chance at signing session with Yas but since I was going to eventually have it on Sunday, it wasn't that bad. #MiA #MadeinAsia

I'll be singing at least a Precure song during the free time karaoke anyway lol.

030

Meulahke @meulahke.bsky.social · 14/09/2025

In the end, I went for a kinda safe, but a list either I wanted to trained for. There's only one song in the list that's a bit unexpected from me (But there's no Precure in the list)

010

Meulahke @meulahke.bsky.social · 14/09/2025

Registering for the MiA fall karaoke contest, and hoping that there's no event with Yas at the same time. Now the question, what the hell should I pick. Something I can sing out of memory of course, something short (except for the finale, if I ever get there).

Since the renovation works started at my place, I had to move my comfy setup where I draw. Tried setting up my laptop, but everything is so different, I won't be able to do it on a short notice. That was a good streak. I'm kinda sad tho.
