Those MS Copilot and Meta Muse ads running during the NFL yesterday were absolutely cringe inducing. Using AI to steal a co-workers presentation, “improving it” and then taking credit for it? Using AI to run your life (signed up for marathon)? Horrible. AI will have some legit uses but not these.

Well - they played better, especially in the midfield. They didn’t look completely lost progressing the ball upfield but they definitely still don’t have any answers when it comes to the attacking third. The 1st goal was a true strikers goal and the 2nd was right place, right time. #coys

Spider-Man : Brave new day review - like many I suffer from super hero movie fatigue, but I liked this one. I dunno if it’s because they keep the stakes small and local or if it’s because Tom Holland is just so darn likable in the role. It’s well acted, with minimal plot armor. #spiderman

The odyssey was a faithful telling of the classic tale with great performances and outstanding cinematography, but IMO it really didn’t bring anything new to the screen. It wasn’t on the same level as some of the other Nolan movies. Worth seeing on the big screen. #odyssey

Lucky episode 1 - very slow start with lots of extended scenes that needed to go under the editors knife. They need to use way more of the stunt double for Anya Taylor-joy because she’s so non athletic it takes you out of any chase scene. I’ll give it a few more episodes to see if it gets better.

Brilliant tactical decision to put Messi out wide on the right late in the 2nd half. It forced England to stretch wider and freed up space both in and around the box for other attackers. It also let Messi impact the game in ways he couldn't do from the center of the field. #worldcup
