⚖️ Justice will always prevail. Power without compassion leads to self-destruction. The powerful will burn in the flames they once controlled. 🔥✨ #JusticeForAll #RumiWisdom #MotivationalInspirations

A dramatic digital painting of a lone figure standing before a massive fire. Within the flames, a shadowy, ghost-like figure with glowing eyes emerges, symbolizing the destructive nature of unchecked power and cruelty. The dark, smoke-filled background enhances the ominous atmosphere, while the figure's long shadow stretches behind them, representing the consequences of their actions.

The Island of Self: One of the foundational practices is to take to refuge in our breath. Thay instructs us
„Breathing in, I know I am breathing in. Breathing out, I know I am breathing out.“ (1/6) #ThichNhatHanh #PlumVillage #Mindfulness #Buddhism #meditation

Gatha to readjust the posture while meditating

Feelings come and go
like clouds in a windy sky.
Mindful breathing
is my anchor.
