@laurakbuzz.bsky.social The World Economic Forum's report on job market skills changing from now to 2030 seemed to paint a bleak picture for many neurodivergent individuals. Is that read fair/justified in your opinion?

A graph showing job skill revelance in 2025 vs job skill revelance in 2030, with a noticeable increase in creative thinking, AI, big data, and self-motivation becoming more relevant, whilst teaching, endurance, precision, dexterity, quality control, sensory processing, attention to detail, and programming were deemed less important.
