"Artificial Intelligence" is an unperfect term, but for me it'll remain AI so far. "Super intelligence" is a stupid boasting misleading narrative, even more malicious than "AI". Calling it "SI" proves the lack of digital competence (surprise surprise).

It's still a mystery for me, how people in the XXIst century still equate a tool with artwork. It shows that they have never worked with AI, or just typed in some prompts. They've never trained models on their writings, never dove into latent space, never combined generated with own voice.

My approach is to revive the old-skool GenAI models, from Deep Dream till first CLIP-driven notebooks 2021, by installing them locally, and by providing the easy to use WebUIs for free to everybody (Like I did with StyleGAN2). The only constraint... I need hardware... Is patreon the right way?
