Funny part. I’m going thru perimenopause. I had to jump through loops to get my estrogen patch. I tested normal for testosterone & (-) + not readable for estrogen. The menopause specialist told me that even if I tested negative for testosterone my govt job’s ins wouldn’t cover it. What’s different?

My cat allergy triggers my asthma and then I end up with an attack. I do get allergy shots but it’s only a layer of protection, not a solution. I’ve had outdoor cats that were only allowed in than areas of the house and not the bedrooms. Best I can do 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was born in Houston in the 70’s. There was always a yellow tinge cloud hanging over the city. It’s what caused me to suffer from severe asthma & respiratory issues my entire life. I had to be put in oxygen tents for most of my childhood. I recently went to Houston for a work trip. So different!

I lived in DC shortly some years ago. When it gets hot and then a storm rolls in it does not cool off anything. In fact the swamp holds onto the water in the atmosphere. It becomes a literal sauna. Mama nature ain’t playing around today. I love this for him and his base.

I have 4 doctors and regularly attend my appointments (3-4 a month). It makes my employers angry but whatever. I guess I’m not committing fraud cuz I use mine according to this? 😭🤦🏻‍♀️

One of my coworkers just died last month because he didn’t use the health insurance we have. He was stressed out by the job and died over the weekend pulling an “all nighter” to catch up on work. I wish i knew what was happening with him and could’ve told him to go to the damn doc. Poor kid was 39

I can’t decide if it’s audacity or stupidity at this point. It’s baffling! The gaslighting feels like I’m back in my abusive relationship. The rewriting of history, the lies and the way that it was unwavering made me feel like I was going crazy. This feels exactly like that.

I remember how much criticism I got from both sides of the families for never changing my last name and then after I filed for divorce 20 years later I realized that it was the right move. We should just go back to the matriarchal system where kids got mom’s name.
