I found out a few months ago that onedrive wasn't backing up anything for years on my computer because it got renamed from skydrive and was looking in the wrong folder. Thankfully I was only checking the contents on my phone and saw everything was out of date. Also not my only backup.

Those are Pope Francis's massive restrictions on the TLM. Before under Pope Benedict, it was generally up to the parish priest to decide. I can't vouch entirely for the accuracy of the site below but I spot checked my parish and it seemed right.

The Traditional Latin Mass is allowed under some circumstances and various Popes have expanded and contracted the permission to use it. Around where I live, there's a few mainstream churches that have the latin mass available weekly.
