C'est assez dramatique ce qui se passe en coulisse du JV FR et des asso' de manière générale. On peut dire ce qu'on veut des "asso sous perfusion" mais elles font un boulot précieux qu'aucune région ou gouvernement ne fait/sait faire et sans qui tout serait pire.
