Yesterday, I reported someone had spilled a large tin of paint across the pavement (honestly, WTF). This morning, the city's outside cleaning it up. I lived in a dozen different US cities, and I can't imagine any of them would've lifted a finger. This is how govt is supposed to work. #Wales #Swansea
