i made #Kaveh in #MonsterHunterStories3 He is so pretty 🤩 The armour reminded me of that one Animation from Hoyofair, although I did it in the wrong Colour :P

So uh… let’s ignore that I missed the first day of #inktober it will happen again. I don’t have an exact list for this Oktober, but I will just draw #monsterhunter characters/monsters from memory. Starting with my favourite, Reverto! Idk why, but I just love him, anyways enjoy this quick sketch!

I somehow made him look a lot younger than he is but let’s ignore that, considering this was from memory. Also, please ignore that I didn’t draw half of his armor, I forgot what it looks like and since I’m currently watching the monster hunter stories anime I see him rather often without his armor :)

Just a little meme I wanted to make. I also thought that revertos facial expression was very funny in this moment

It was so much fun trying out Windstorm The Legend of #Khiimori at Gamescom this year. The team was very nice and clearly passionate about their game and I am really looking forward to the release!

Covering my face for privacy reasons qwq
Also, thanks to my mom for taking this picture lmao

I was so invested in my talk with one of the guys from the Windstorm team, that I accidentally forgot my phone on the table after playing, I did get it back because the next person playing noticed it still lying there haha

Update on the #minecraftpainting I am moving for uni in about 1 1/2 months and want to finish this until then, so I’ve been putting a lot of work into it these past few days. Close up as well as a shot from further away so you can see the difference it makes to step away and look from a distance

Finally didn’t sleep through Artfight this year 🥹 So yeah, here’s my card #artfight

Mercenary Kadir @mercenarykadir.bsky.social · 27/05/2025

So I drew this rather randomly yesterday. Mainly just wanted to try out some of the brushes on Procreate. Gotta say, I hate the purple but only realised how bad it looked once I was done :( #art #digitalart #skull #heart #can (idk what to tag this as)

PoV: you struggle to draw arms God, I am so obsessed with #vrising rn. It’s almost annoying lmao #wip

Want to have a taste? More or less quick sketch of Kadir as a vampire cuz I got back into V-Rising recently. Also it’s 3:20 am, please ignore any mistakes. #vrising #vampire #oc

Sketch of Kadir as a Vampire, inspired by V-Rising

References and sketch for Vampire Kadir. I had to quickly repurpose my Hatsune Miku Vampire for the screenshots, because my character only looks like Kadir in a world I am playing with my friend and I needed quick references. So yeah the reference colours aren’t acute.

I hate not having a consistent art style!

Mercenary Kadir @mercenarykadir.bsky.social · 14/01/2025

Back from art block! Yay! Anyways, to keep myself occupied I decided to do an Oc challenge. I kinda just made one up myself where I put my ox in different games, so here is prompt 1: #pokemon I am however still missing 2 games to complete the list, so suggestions are appreciated. #oc #occhallenge

My Oc Kadir, for the first prompt of my self made Oc challenge, together with a Corviknight, cuz you can‘t tell me the ex-solider, now-mercenary, fighter dnd guy would not have the armored raven as a Pokémon. Also thought about Aegislash, cuz sword, yk? But got too lazy and this is kinda cute.
Kadir was supposed to pet Corviknight but I am bad at drawing arms so I just scratched them.

Mercenary Kadir @mercenarykadir.bsky.social · 26/12/2024

Part 3 Kadir is cautious about the talking skeleton. I couldn’t find a source that could confidentially tell me how tall the smiling skeleton ist so I just went with 5 ft-ish (according to some ppl) making this a more or less accurate depiction of their heights. #undertale #sans #oc

220

Mercenary Kadir @mercenarykadir.bsky.social · 26/12/2024

Part 2? I fear poor Kadir wouldn’t have a clue what the skeleton is yapping on about #undertale #sans #oc

Mercenary Kadir @mercenarykadir.bsky.social · 25/12/2024

This was funnier in my head… Eh whatever, I made this in like 20 mins anyway #undertale #sans

I don’t even know lmao
My oc being followed by sans I guess lol

No f-ing way, this just turned into my most popular post over night. I guess that is the power of the funny block game. And I can’t even be mad cuz Minecraft is pretty cool and I do really like the painting as well qwq

010

Mercenary Kadir @mercenarykadir.bsky.social · 22/12/2024

Started this back in May and never got around to finishing it. Did work on it a little but will definitely take a long time to finish it. #minecraft #minecraftpainting #canvas #pixelart

That one Minecraft painting with the skeleton on fire but I’m painting it irl
Also I had to remove like two rows of pixels cuz my canvas is too small. Yes, the canvas had a grid on it.

POV: you get asked what you wanna do, now that you finished school. Honestly no idea what I did here, but I kinda like it, simply didn’t manage to draw the eyes so yeah, silly face it is :> I also realise there is a few flaws but eh, whatever. Couldn’t care less :P #anatomy #practise #digitalart

Mercenary Kadir @mercenarykadir.bsky.social · 17/12/2024

#wip Gotta take a break from drawing other people’s Oc’s and try to practice my general sense for anatomy as well as maybe getting to draw my own oc again qwq

010

Mercenary Kadir @mercenarykadir.bsky.social · 11/12/2024

Not sure if this will reach anyone but here I go! So I finally got around to installing my paper like film and would really like to get some practice with it! So I thought some Oc’s would be a fun way to try. Feel free to send your chars in the comments and I might sketch them :> #ocs #oc #sketch

Ahh! That much for daily sketches but!!! This is essentially a portrait of a friend of mine, I guess, idk. Something overcame me, I made this & I am kinda proud of it. She doesn’t know yet, I wanna use it as the design of my Christmas card for her. Hope she likes it 🤞🏻 #portrait #surprise #friend

A portrait of my friend I made. Of course a lot of artistic liberties were taken in the making of this. I didn’t even use a reference picture. Kinda just went with what I had in my head and what my hands created but I really really like it kinda qwq. I just hope she also enjoys it. I did write a poem to go with it. I am her secret Santa for our secret Santa round we did inn our friend group, so I won’t just randomly give her something with her face on it. Just have to decide wether I transfer it to paper by hand or if I should just print it out haha

Do you ever have an entire storyline playing in your mind with crazy cool characters, but you just can’t manage to make it into an actual piece to look at it when not daydreaming? I think I achieved a satisfying result for once :> Description in alt text #oc #raven #crow #art #goddess

Here you can see my attempt at actually visualising a character from a story that only ever played in my head, hehe. I am mostly satisfied with the result, although I think she could have a slightly more unsettling look to her design/mask.
She is a goddess that is meant to safely transport the souls of the deceased to the afterlife. She is the counterpart to another goddess that brings life/souls to those being born. Together they keep the the circle of life going. She is also simultaneously the goddess of corvids hence her design.
Overall a good person/god but most people still fear or strongly respect her due to her connection to death.
There is more to her but that’s the main part so far :P
Besides I don’t wanna bore anyone that actually cares to read all of this.

Mercenary Kadir @mercenarykadir.bsky.social · 16/11/2024

Ehhh??? I don’t even know what happened here. Was bored and did something that I thought of once for a story. Didn’t turn out as expected but I honestly don’t even know what I was expecting. Ye, no hashtags cuz I wouldn’t even know what to tag this with?

My extremely high quality, multiple days, tears and sweat artwork, that definitely didn’t take a few minutes, that I defo didn’t make for shits and giggles. My D&D char next to a highland Cow in Scotland, cuz I am there rn hehe #DnD #DungeonsandDragons #oc #sketch #scotland

My very high effort sketch of my oc Kadir in a coat and scarf in Scotland next to a highland cow that I drew form memory so it kinda looks a little wonky, behind the worst excuse for a fence on some of the worst looking grass with a beautiful blue sky, that has been replaced by a few horizontal blue lines.
Also this “>:<“ literally instead of a face for my oc cuz I failed to make it look good. :>

Finished (?) the Zelda sketch from the other day! I had my doubts about colouring this one but I think I actually like it?! #loz #legendofzelda #zelda #colour #twilightprincess

Twilight princess Zelda in Blue and white because I used blue instead of black for whatever reason

If my current situation keeps spiralling like this, I might just have to look into taking furry art commissions in order to brute force my way through it with money 🥹😭 Like why is life making everything so unnecessarily complicated rn?

[repost] Finally got my hands on some games I’ve been trying to get forever! That being LoZ Twilight princess and Smash Bros. Brawl! Also managed to get LoZ Skyward Sword and Phantom Hourglass in the same go, so in honor of that some Link to go with it :> #legendofzelda #link #twilightprincess

Coloured drawing of twilight princess link :P

Just a quick sketch of some crows/ravens for today, cuz I had some time to observe some of them lately.

010

Mercenary Kadir @mercenarykadir.bsky.social · 05/11/2024

Today’s sketch :) No specific character, therefore an oc I guess. But yeah, kinda proud of how it turned out. Also really enjoying, that I am doing these daily sketches, cuz it really feels like I am getting a feeling for things. Imma really try to keep that up :)

Spooky girly with elven ears and white eyes, idk I just thought of her yesterday.

Mercenary Kadir @mercenarykadir.bsky.social · 04/11/2024

Coloured yesterday’s drawing! Idk, kinda the first time I coloured one of my drawings and actually liked it :> I know I still have a long way to go in that department but for now I’m fine with where I’ve gotten so far :) #baldursgate3 #dnd #astarion

Mercenary Kadir @mercenarykadir.bsky.social · 03/11/2024

Another Astarion! (+sketch) But this one I am really proud of! Bluesky got me to try and post at least a sketch every day and it honestly feels like I’m really improving. Especially since I have very little internet access currently, so no pose references :P #BaldursGate3 #Astarion #bg3

Sketch for the (more or less) finished drawing :>

000

Mercenary Kadir @mercenarykadir.bsky.social · 02/11/2024

Alright, so this is my first ever DnD character, Kadir. The (un)fortunate soul, that I recreated in my very first Baldurs Gate run. Therefore he has a certain Vampire to deal with. Yes, he is the most boring combination you can make in DnD (human fighter) but I love him. #BaldursGate3 #DnD #sketch

Little crinkly sketch of my first ever DND character, Kadir. He is a human fighter. But before you call me boring! There is a good reason for that. Before switching to dnd we were playing another version of Pen and Paper roleplay, and human was the only race. You could be an elf, but that was its entire own class. Therefore before transferring him to dnd his class was in fact Mercenary. In my heart he still is :>
Anyways that’s it for my info dump.

Mercenary Kadir @mercenarykadir.bsky.social · 01/11/2024

First sketched attempt at some of the Baldur’s Gate companions. If this was physical paper, there would be a hole for Karlachs nose because I had to erase so much qwq Also please ignore the guidelines, I was too lazy to get rid of them + I drew this while on the bus #baldursgate3 #dnd

Just a sketch of Astarion and Karlach (and Gale I guess) for funsies and to somehow spend my time while on the bus from Edinburgh to Inverness qwq

Certainly one of my favourite ship dynamics. But yeah, just a sketch, obviously still a #wip but I probably won‘t finish it. Just drew it out of boredom. Yeah, anyways. My Thiefling Sorcerer and her (hopefully) soon to be Pit Fiend bf lmaoo

So, uhh… Artwork I finished today. Honestly not too happy with the outcome. I don’t really like the way the finished coloured version looks like. I enjoy the detailed sketch much more. Anyways, this is the scene from our dnd campaign when I released the Pit Fiend from the Iron Flask. #dnd

Finished colourised version, that I am kind of unhappy with, because I don’t really enjoy the way it looks.
Idk, if anyone has some advice I’d greatly appreciate it!

Basic Idea I came up with for the artwork

Hello there! You may call me Kadir! I am more or less an artist, at least I try to be. This is one of my recent works. It’s a Pit Fiend for a DnD campaign I am playing in. Just to annoy the DM I am trying to romance him, so advice appreciated :P (I’m playing a Tiefling Sorcerer, draconic bloodline)
