Buuuuut if you think about it’s circular cross-section through the lens of calculus where P = limit as n approaches infinity of (n * s_n) = 2 * pi * r It would have infinite edges as you approach its limit

Ok I think I figured it out. Depend on the lens you used to evaluate it. From what you say with Euclidean geometry, edge is defined as the line segment where two flat faces intersect and would have zero edges.
