The questionnaire closes today (8th Dec) at 11pm. There are currently 61 responses still in progress. To be included in the study, these must be submitted by 11pm tonight. If you'd like your experiences to be part of the research but cannot finish all the questions, that is 1/3

Hi, just another reminder that the questionnaire will close on Monday 1st December at 5pm. If you want to share your experiences of harm, you have until Monday afternoon to do so. Also, you are allowed to fill it in multiple times, so if you've already done it & wanted to add anything more, you can.

Have you experienced harm from mental health services?

You are invited to take part in this study which is looking to identify and examine overlooked and lesser known forms of harm in UK mental health services. Taking part will involve completing an anonymous online survey, involving questions about your experiences of harm. This will take approximately 15-45 minutes to complete.

I am looking for individuals who are aged 18+, AND have experienced harm from mental health services within the UK from 2010 onward, OR are the carer/family member of someone who has experienced harm from mental health services within the UK from 2010 onward.

Who Am I? My name is Lauren Langley and I am a PhD student at the University of Lancashire. I am Autistic and have lived experience of trauma and mental illness.
