There was no sign of the huntsman or hounds. We desperately hope that the fox was able to take cover and go to ground, however we cannot be sure of the outcome and fear the hounds may have killed. The absolutely blatant fox hunting was reported to the police at the (5/10)

behind and pursued the fox’s line in full cry towards the Three Peaks Walk bridleway. Kennel Huntsman, Thomas Haddock, purposely rode into our foot sab as they were trying to stop the hounds. Sabs raced to Blacklands to find the field riders gathered on the bridleway. (4/10)

Farmers Hunt blatantly hunting foxes just north of the village, off the Three Peaks Walk bridleway. Hounds were picking up on the scent of a fox in a patch of dense scrub off Norton Lane, and riders were positioned along the adjacent track, holding up and saddle (2/10)

The huntsman was later seen riding up and down the lanes with no hounds, blowing his horn to try to call them back. Eventually he reassembled them at Gold's Cross and moved on to draw Knowle Hill. Hounds worked through the dense bracken on the hill without finding, (12/16)

Not finding any foxes on the fort, the hunt paraded down the lanes to the B3130 and drew the fields close to the road before crossing towards the River Chew and working their way further south.Hounds went into cry in Moorledge, but as they did so, (9/16)

Sabs followed as they hunted hedgerows northwards up to North Wick. Hounds went into cry near Waterloo Farm and chased a fox into the nearby disused quarry. The fox tried to take refuge here but the hunt had other ideas. (5/16)

Whilst the hunt were milling about at the vet's home, sabs pre-emptively deployed into Blacklands, an area close to the meet where the hunt usually find foxes. With sabs waiting, the hunt seemed a little shy to properly send hounds through the scrub and moved quickly on. (4/16)
