I don't think I have ever seen someone softlock on the Balrog while playing Rings. But it happened to me today

In the midst of this, enjoy Yet Another Failure to Destroy the Ring. This series had one attempt that choked at phase 1 and actually took me a while to get the starting shot.

Eight games of LOTR played one after another in two separate blocks of four. Within eight games, I had two tries granted to destroy the Ring. Both failures.

Oh, with #LombardRestaurantWeek going about. Today for lunch I went out and had another burger, but this time it was from a place named Bumper to Burger. Fair little roadside burger shack. I like that they have a custom fire brand for their buns. Meal pics

So alongside my reports on what I am doing at Frosty's, you will likely see some food pictures interlaced in between. Anyway, here's day one: a hamburger from Babcock's Grove House in downtown Lombard, and the Billy Bricks Pizza in Yorktown. I am not likely to do two a day, but I'll try.
