Come say hi at X05 - the NZ Makes Comics exhibit at Overload 2026!

Did I mention that Dominion, Vol. 1 has an EPIC lead colourist - @riotbones.bsky.social ! He coloured an INCREDIBLE 73 pages of the final release! Can’t wait to share pages showing off their hard work~ but going to have to wait a little longer because *spoilers*

The details on the characters and the submission guidelines are further down the thread ^^ ran out of characters to put it in one post

Two female (the main speaking roles for the scene), and one male ^^

Again, ideally looking for volunteers since this is a small scale project. I’ve been told BlueSky is a great place to find VA’s, so if interested, please email memoh.comics@gmail.com with your reel and list which character you’re interested in auditioning for. I’ll contact about callbacks next week!

3) Captain Leddeck - Side character (but has the largest speaking role for this scene), mid-low/alto. Military commander, but she tries to have a more motherly approach - so should range between encouraging tones and scolding ones.

2) Pasha - Female lead, mid/mezzo or alto. Sharp witted, cynical, and tired on a spiritual level, voice should tend towards academic and didactic with an undercurrent of irritation.

1) Desmond Oakenhart - Male lead, mid/baritone to low tenor. Kind and handsome (if a bit of a himbo), voice should be try to be humble but have an effortless charm. (Like Richter or Dante but without the cockiness)

#voiceacting #castingcall ! A podcast I’m featuring on to promote my upcoming graphic novel release is doing a special radio play section, so I’m on the hunt for three volunteers to read a five minute scene from my comic! Here’s the roles I’m casting for:
