memai @memai.bsky.social · 24/02/2026I also find it hilarious because if you're in a standard corpo setup most people will just sit at 'their' desk eventually... idk why it's surprising that people like routine and some measure of predictability! 010

Discernment is good to have, and I don't think I'll ever let that go. The keyword here is "sometimes". 17871482

memai @memai.bsky.social · 13/01/2026It's #PortfolioDay ? 👀 Hi I'm Mems, I like to draw pretty people! 0105
memai @memai.bsky.social · 13/01/2026Yeah! And I've found that because it's niche, you're most likely to make a sale. I've overheard customers going "I want this, the art is good and no one else is selling X" BEST OF LUCK! 010
memai @memai.bsky.social · 12/01/2026I sold niche stuff at artist alleys and they almost always sold better than the stuff I thought would be popular. It's pretty consistent too, even between different sized cons. (The validation and recognition is a bonus) 110
memai @memai.bsky.social · 02/01/2026Going with lore I was familiar with which was pre-retcon alas That's ok, maybe he's playing dead? Out to get more concrete? 010

memai @memai.bsky.social · 17/11/2025I miss LJ comms so much. I grew close to a few people on there who I'm still friends with, it's wild. I also remember just being able to browse and find the comm I vibed with the best! I missed making little icons for my communities. 030
memai @memai.bsky.social · 16/11/2025I also think at some point games are already 'high fidelity' enough. Like how much more realistic do we need our games to look? (And then I think back to older games who focused on style because of hardware limitations, and how those have lasted the test of time) 000
